Our Leadership
I’m Callam Traynor, owner and director of Boulevard CS Ltd, and I’ve spent over 10 years working in estimating and quantity surveying across a wide mix of construction projects — from small domestic builds to large commercial developments. I know firsthand how important a solid estimate is, not just for managing costs, but for actually winning work. That’s why I set up Boulevard — to give builders, contractors, developers, and others in the industry the kind of support I know they need: fast, accurate, and realistic estimating that helps get jobs over the line. I’ve passed that experience on to my team, making sure every estimate we produce is clear, competitive, and backed by real industry know-how. We’re here to help you price with confidence.
